Bookings. A booking is confirmed once we’ve agreed a quote with you and received any deposit. Estimates shown online are indicative only.

Your car. For chauffeur-only bookings, our chauffeur does a walk-around check with you at pickup. You remain responsible for your vehicle’s insurance, roadworthiness and documents.

Changes & cancellations. Call or message us any time. Changes may alter the price; we always confirm before charging.

Privacy. We use your details only to run your bookings — your chauffeur sees your name, phone and trip details. We never sell your data.
